  1. I always find it interesting to read about weight loss recipes and diets. I have always been slim whether I was eating a ton of crap or a healthy ketogenic diet. I’ve tested out the vegan diet, the GAPS diet, the ketogenic diet and the autoimmune paleo diet. From my own experience, the ketogenic paleo type of diet is the one that makes me feel the healthiest. So, I generally tell people to focus on eating whole foods and avoiding processed foods. This seems to work the best for me. 

    • Hello Melinda, you seem to be quite experienced when it come to diet, it’s good to read that you are always slim even if you eat a crap or a healthy diet, you must be one of the lucky ones, however, it’s not always easy to stick to a ketogenic paleo diet, so the healthy weight loss recipes in this post are a bit more convenient and cheaper.

  3. Oh this is a very good post on the best recipes to take  for fat loss. I am glad I came through your post. I work from home and I hardly get time to choose out good meals. I eat a lot of junk and I don’t think that is going to end anytime soon although I know that I am adding a lot of weight currently. So if I can get recipes that can help me,why not! I’ll most definitely buy them and take a look.

She has a tried a lot of methods to make sure she plans well to no avail. And i think this is a great platform that she needs to archive what she wants with her body.   5. This is a really nice post I must say. Most people are often pushed to using drugs when they are wanting to lose weight and for me it has some side effects. I am glad to have come across this post now I can make do with losing fat from meals I eat. Although I find it hard to change my diet but I am willing to give these recipe a try. I have been having issues losing weight because I find it really hard to focus on my exercises and even when I do I still take meals that are heavy and are fatty foods.
